SOHO Announces SEHH/SETH Joint Session With Dr. Garcia-Manero

The Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO) will be holding a joint session with two Spain-based hematology societies: la Sociedad Española de Hematología y Hemoterapia (SEHH) and the Sociedad Española de Trombosis y Hemostasia (SETH) during the SEHH/SETH National Congress in Mallorca, Spain, on October 26. Former SOHO President Guillermo Garcia-Manero, of MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas, highlighted the joint venture aimed at advancing research and treatment in hematologic malignancies at the 2024 SOHO Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas, in September. Dr. Garcia-Manero was joined by Adolfo de la Fuente Burguera, MD, of the MD Anderson Cancer Center Madrid, to discuss the upcoming SEHH/SETH joint session and a regional SOHO Spain meeting, which will take place in Madrid on February 27 and 28, 2025.
