“In addition to the erythroid-stimulating agents, luspatercept has become the standard of care in many of the patients in the upfront setting. We have some upcoming data with a newer EMA, or erythroid-maturing agent, elritercept. There are ongoing two trials that are new after ESA failure, and the L-RISE, that would be randomization against ESA. So that’s another exciting development or trial to enroll patients on.”
