From EHA 2026, Dr. Loretta Nastoupil interviews Dr. Georg Lenz on the phase 3 FRONTMIND study, a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study that evaluated tafasitamab plus lenalidomide and R-CHOP versus R-CHOP for first-line treatment of patients with high-risk diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
“If you look at all the subtypes, then I think there’s broad activity with Tafa-LEN-R-CHOP,” said Dr. Lenz. “That does not seem to be the case with Pola-R-CHOP.”
The trial results were published in The Lancet in June 2026.
