Dr. Naseema Gangat discusses initial data from RALLY-MF trial

In this interview from the 2026 European Hematology Association Congress, Naseema Gangat, MBBS, a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, discusses initial data from the phase 2 RALLY-MF study investigating the antihemojuvelin antibody DISC-0974 for patients with myelofibrosis and anemia.

Dr. Naseema speaks about why anemia remains a severe unmet need for patients with myelofibrosis and how the novel mechanism of inhibiting hemojuvelin works to reduce hepcidin levels. She shares key clinical insights from the trial cohorts, highlighting the baseline demographics, major and minor hemoglobin response rates, and the critical link between hematological improvement and better patient fatigue scores.
